ENG - Biography: Wasted Strings is a unique female rock (hardrock, rocknroll) band formed in Žilina (Slovakia) in 2010. They have been performing at numerous concerts since 2012. The group consists of five female musicians with a passion for rock music. The girls performed more than 100 gigs in Slovakia and Czechia in many clubs, festivals and events, where they display high energy. In their repertoar they have principally their own creations, but also some cover versions. Wasted Strings have been succesful in several Slovak music competitions and their song “Take It All” is in a Slovak/Czech/Austrian movie „Tlmočník“ (The Interpreter, The Dolmetscher).
